Deep Creek Wedding: Day Two

On the second day of the trip, Joe, Steph and I headed to Wal-Mart (shout out to Oakland!) to do the grocery shopping for our house. Steph, Kevin, Mike, Emily, Joe and myself all stayed in one house and all of their families stayed in one next door. We unpacked, checked out the wedding tent, and Joe and I went for a run in the rain. We had a group dinner with all of their families and a few friends that came up early.

Our room, which was great for sneaking peeks at the wedding guests while they mingled during the cocktail hour. The girls shared a few beers in this room while waiting to walk down the aisle.

This is what someone looks like who has been married almost 7 years and doesn't have to plan a wedding until his unborn future children get married and is loving life on vacation at the lake.

*If you want to get technical about it, I was a Matron of Honor and Steph was the Maid....but Matron sounds old and allll matronly like.
